THATS ANOTHER RT230 REED TV200 REPAIRED AND REBUILT
It’s surprising how many TV motors I’ve rebuilt and repaired, its seems nearly every one is a TV!
Here’s another, the customer brought it in for repairs and a restoration rebuild with the complete MB Race-Tour touring package.
Repaired, cleaned, bead and aqua blasted, casings ported, MB RT230 Reed road touring conversion, MB5 gearbox, MB5 clutch, MB linkages, MB slippers, Modified/rewired Vape AC fixed ignition, SIP 60x110mm crank, 30mm Dellorto, MBgm V4 Sport and all the rest MB.
The graphs show our new developed MB Expansion Clubman (top line) 26.4bhp torque 18.79 Ibs ft vs MBgm V4 Sport (bottom line) 22.7bhp 16,3 Its ft.
Another nice smooth touring motor built on our engine jig.
Without all the tooling in our workshop you don’t get to build engines like this.
