REAR BRAKE PLATE REPAIR
But was it hot again, it seems it’s been 35 degrees in the workshop for weeks?
Too hot to be welding 3 casings and grinding them down.
This casing came in which was already repaired and what a mess, I had to do it again, so the good old scrap Indian casing came in handy again to cut off the rear brake plate area and weld in a new piece with a little bit of grinding.
Puts a Genuine GP 200 casing back to useable, just got some porting work and a top end rebuild to do now on a 230 Mugello!
